The Iowa High School Sports Network (IHSSN) is contracted with Comcast SportsNet (CSN) to televise and video stream live the 2016-2017, 2017-2018and 2018-2019 football, wrestling and basketball semi-finals and finals for their coverage area which includes Iowa, Illinois and Indiana.

Attikisson and Paulson to wrestle at State February 16th

Connor Attkisson and Tyler Paulson will be wrestling in Des Moines at State Wrestling on Thursday, February 16th during session 2 from 1:30-4:30 at Wells Fargo Arena.

WIC Dual tonight only; wrestling for Saturday cancelled

Given the forecast for tomorrow (snow and wind) beginning around 6:00 AM, the WIC Dual tournament at Riverside will be a round robin format tonight and there will be no wrestling tomorrow for the WIC Dual Tournament.

Polley places 5th at State Wrestling

Tri-Center senior, Christian Polley, finished 5th at the Iowa State Wrestling tournament this past weekend in Des Moines. Polley placed 5th in the Class 1A 126 bracket. After dropping a 3-1 decision to Nick Williams of Lisbon in the first round, Polley wrestled back to face Williams again for the right to wrestle for 3rd. Polley dropped the second decision to Williams 7-4, but defeated Jacob Hansen in the 5th place match in a 4-3 decision. Polley came into the tournament with a 44-6 record on the season.
