Elementary News: K-3 students study joints in P.E.

This is a fun week in P.E. for the K-3 grade students.  We are talking about joint movements.  Our joints have more range of movement than a robot, so we are playing "Robot."  Students have a mission to find all the microchips (ping pong balls) in the gym.  They are powered by a battery pack (bean bag) on their head.  If their battery pack falls off the robot mechanic has to come fix them so they can continue their mission.  Robots can only hold one microchip at a time.  Can they complete the mission?
