Flu shots available to TC students October 24th

Tri-Center students are able to get their flu shots on the Tri-Center campus on Tuesday, October 24th from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM in the Nurse's Office in the Elementary building.

Students must have the Permission and Patient Registration Form linked below and $25 cash or check OR a copy of your insurance card.

Please make checks payable to Glenn Hurst, MD.
