The Tri-Center Girls Soccer team defeated Harlan 5-1 on Monday, April 13. The victory advances the Trojans to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans will host St. Albert at home on Friday, April 17th.
The Tri-Center Trojan Girls soccer team traveled to Harlan on Monday, April 13th to take on the Harlan Cyclones, who have always been tough competition. However, on Monday, the Trojans were on fire. Alyssa Baatz had a hat trick,and was assisted by Sam Brich and Meghan Marsh. Brooklyn Lehan scored as well, cleaning up a goal shot by Tillie Heim. Sam Brich had an awesome corner shot that the goalie was unable to stop, and was assisted by Alyssa Baatz. The defense was tough, letting the Cyclones only get off approximately six shots on the goal, which Christine Fisher was able to shut down. The lone goal scored by the Cyclones was on a direct kick from right outside the box. The Trojans are gearing up for a tough game against St. Albert on Friday. The girls could use all the support they can get, please come out to Tri-Center Friday night. Girls game starts at 4:30 followed by the boys at 6 PM. |
