In October and November, Tri-Center National Honor Society organized a drive to collect money for Children’s Hospital in Omaha for children with illnesses. Tori Masker presented the idea of putting out donation cups during all home activities. From generous donors and these cups, NHS raised a total of five-hundred dollars. After counting the donations, twelve NHS seniors then traveled to the hospital on Wednesday, November 16th to present their donation. The seniors then prepared an arts and crafts day with children admitted to the hospital. The experience was touching for all those who participated and the National Honor Society would like to thank all that donated. |
