Individual Speech has successful day at State Individual Event Speech contest

The Tri-Center Outspoken Individual Speech team had a GREAT day at State Individual Event Speech in Nevada on Saturday! We took 13 events and with 10 I ratings (the highest) and 3 II ratings (second highest). It is truly amazing to see the kids get up and perform with such confidence and TC is very proud of them all!
