Iowa DOT memo on Minor School Licenses

The Iowa DOT has been working on an informational memo for school districts related to the minor school license. There can be some confusion from both students and parents regarding the minor school license and the DOT is seeking to help by providing some information to help explain the process, the requirements, and the limitations associated with the license.
